service is about. We provide you with an
affordable way to get your online store

store has been pre-designed, you don't
have to learn HTML code or learn how to
program. Your online store includes
pictures and hosting, there is nothing
for you to setup. Your online store
includes a shopping cart and merchant
capability to process credit card orders
online, there is still nothing extra for
you to setup or pay for. We host your
online store too.
You pay one, low flat-fee for the entire
year for this service and there are no

Your online store also comes with your
very own email address. Now you may have
a personalized email address (YourName@YourStoreName.com)

also directed directly to you via your

We update stores from time to time with
new product arrivals. Consumers will have

We offer inventory support -- we monitor
product availability. As soon as we are
alerted to an unavailable item your store
will be updated and your customer will be
notified before placing an order!
Your store is designed to take orders
online and by mail. Your store is
designed to accept credit card and bank
draft ("eChecks") orders online
via a built-in secure shopping cart with
merchant account capability (included).
Orders are also accepted by mail if the
consumer chooses to pay using a check or
money order.
Note: when you order store version #2
online then your payment will be
processed via PayPal and credit card
processing capability will automatically
be setup for you as well.
Once your store is open you will be able
to sell from your store right away. When
a consumer shops your store they add
merchandise to their shopping cart. After
they complete their order an email
notification of the order is sent to you
and you simply fill the order (or have
the importer drop-ship for you).
Note: order history is also stored online.
Monies credited to your merchant account
may be transferred by you to a bank
account, paid by check, or withdrawn via
ATM or debit card.
Your online store is even setup to allow
consumers to order gift certificates to
redeem for merchandise from your online
store and catalogs.
Note: we suggest you send along the mail
order catalog version with any gift
certificate purchase. Too, since you will
collect shipping & handling charges
on the gift certificate order itself we
suggest you "credit back" this
amount (evenly between each certificate)
as not to double-charge on these fees,
but actually charge for shipping &
handling for orders purchased with gift
certificates.
With store version #2 consumers will be
able to request a print catalog from you
for a small handling fee to cover your
processing & mailing costs. We
suggest you send them the mail order
catalog version and a coupon in the same
amount as the handling fee that they may
use on their first order. If they choose
the larger catalog version and pay the
higher handling fee then we suggest you
send them a "gift certificate"
that they may use when they place their
first order with you -- in other words,
let them choose a "free gift"
up to the value of the handling fee (your
profits will easily cover the small gift
you would include with the first order).
There is also an option for consumers to
request that they be added to your
mailing list (you can email them later
with specials, new arrivals, etc.).
Store version #2 owners have the option
to setup a "retail only" store,
but you will also make money when someone
opens up their own online store! Suppose
a consumer wants to open up their own
online store and is already buying direct
from the importer, in this case they will
order store version #2 -- you are paid a
$10.00 commission each year on the
regular priced hosting fees. However, if
they order store version #1 (because they
are not buying direct from the importer
and need a supplier) then you still earn
the $10.00 commission as described, plus
you earn 50% of the profit we make on the
order (see example below).
Let's say a consumer places the following

In the case of this example, our total
for all four items is $23.70. As you
know, the importer also charges a service
fee of $2.50 (on orders less than $25.00),
plus a shipping & handling fee of $6.50
(for this size order). The grand total
cost to us is $32.70. The total cost to
the customer is $63.95 (including the $6.00
shipping & handling fee charged by
the store). That makes for a total profit
of $31.25. The online store owner who got
this order is paid $15.63 and the other
half we will split with you (you keep $7.82).
Now you can provide others with their own
online store that you could never
otherwise provide now!
You ask "why do we split the profit
with you" when you are already
buying direct? This ONLY applies when
someone chooses store version #1 and
needs a supplier -- because we have to
manage their store for them (on your
behalf) this is our "cut" for
this service (see "further details,"
below). You still keep all of our regular
profits as usual!

version #2 all orders process through you
-- and you keep all of the profits!

THE SUB-WHOLESALER PROGRAM
If a consumer orders the Sub-Wholesaler
kit from your online store then you will
serve them just like any other sub-wholesaler
client you may have now -- you might
simply send them the Sub-Wholesaler kit
and the yellow wholesale price list, etc.
-- you handle all of the orders yourself
and keep all of the profits, just like
your probably do now if you are active in
this program.
PRINT CATALOG ORDERS
We already explained how we "share"
the profits with you when someone opens
up store version #1 and how we keep our
"cut" for this service (see
above).
Now, if the consumer chooses store
version #1 and places a wholesale order
from the print catalog then you are paid
10% of the total product cost (not
including supply items like catalogs, etc.)
from the regular YELLOW price list. You
continue to receive this credit on repeat
wholesale orders as well. Your sub-wholesaler
will continue to earn you money on all
repeat orders from both their online
store and print catalog orders!
Since all orders will process through
your online store (either online or by
mail), you will only forward instructions
to us when a new online store needs to be
opened by one of your sub-wholesalers.
You get the original order, keep your
commission, and then send the balance of
the store hosting fees to us. We will
then process the new online store service
order with the new client on your behalf.
Here are some other options for store
version #2 -- you have total control of
how the sub-wholesaler program works in
your online store -- check out these
options:
* You may choose a "retail only"
store. This is great if all you want to
do is focus on retail orders. Your store
will be designed without the sub-wholesaler
option.
* Want to keep the sub-wholesaler option
and keep complete control of all sales?
We can design your store offering just
the Sub-Wholesaler kit but no option to
purchase an online store. You can still
attract sub-wholesalers to your business
this way, but there will be no "outside
sales" that we would handle for you
-- you keep everything "in-house."
Remember, however, that it's a very
powerful option for you because you can

* You may also choose the sub-wholesaler
